Meet the Owner + Founders
Heather Harold is a credentialed graduate from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, where perhaps she spent less time studying and more time falling in love with her husband, Tim Harold. Nonetheless, Heather taught elementary school, ran her own catering business, homeschools both her children, Owen and Faye, and considers her kitchen garden and the birds that flock to it, her greatest achievement. Although Fine Art may not have taken center stage in her life, Heather comes from a family of creative people who think and work with their hands and have modeled for her that the “pursuing and doing” of art, is part of the fabric of our humanity and a gift to us all!

Going back at least 10 years, both of us seperately had a dream. That dream was to offer a special place where others could come in and create. Whether itsy bitsy or old and wrinkled, we wanted to offer all kinds of beautiful art mediums to all kinds of people. September of 2017, we opened the studio doors to “Art + Soul Collective”. It has been two years of glory, although not easy and not without struggle, but glory, nontheless. We have had the priveledge to not only walk together in managing and growing this little studio, but to watch others see life differently because of art and experiencing the life-changing effect of creativity. May all who walk in the doors of A + S be blessed and enjoy the process of learning and growth, one project at a time! Our hope is that Heather will not only continue our dream but allow it to flourish to the next level!
