Come enjoy a night for yourself! Bring your art journal, bullet journal, or simply a blank book and dive in to mixed media play. There will be pens, watercolors, calligraphy nibs, acrylics, colored pencils, supplies for collage + more. Grab a cup of coffee, a bottle of wine, or a friend and come!

Come for an evening of wine and drawing together. Whether you have no experience or are a masterful artist, this is a fun, stress-free evening with instruction, laughter, and wine, as Leslie teaches some fundamentals of drawing and helps you see the world around you.

Sunday, June 3rd
Learn the history and the art of hand-marbled paper in this two-hour workshop. We will teach you how to create your own, personalized designs to use as wrapping paper, book covers, stationary or picture frame wrapping. Leave with up to 6 pieces of gorgeous, hand-created paper!
Saturday, June 9
Bring the family, or make it a Dad + Child workshop, to learn the fun of watercoloring Koi Fish. We'll walk you through the creative process from sketching to learning the wet-on-wet technique. You'll leave with a series of beautifully painted, unique fish for Dad or for a family wall.

This Monday, again, by popular demand. Summer is around the corner! Come for an evening of learning to paint with watercolor paints in a fresh and breezy way with citrus fruits! Lemons, oranges and kumquats will be the topic of the evening! No experience needed, just a heart to learn something new and explore!

Each month, we’ll focus on a different poet. This month is MARIE HOWE (my fave). We’ll read several poems, hear, visualize and discuss them, and then respond with art.

Wednesday and Thrusday, August 15th + 16th ((2-day)
Have you always wanted to know how to paint with oils? Join local oil painter, Linda Lawer, for a 2-day beginning workshop to learn just that. You will learn all the basics of oil painting: how to paint with a simple palette, how to mix color, how to create value and how to make a beautiful composition. The first day will be spent outside painting a landscape and the next day, a seascape. A small list of supplies will be emailed to you when you register.

Join Yogi and visionary artist Stacey Fetterman in designing and dying a string of 5 prayer flags.
Prayer flags are used to promote peace, compassion, strength and wisdom. Tibetans believe that the intentions represented by the flags will be blown to spread goodwill and compassion, like silent prayers. Hang them high to blow in the wind!

Before summer sweeps you off your feet, take a moment for yourself!In this workshop we will unwind and bind our own summer travel (or staycation!) journals. We’ll talk about how to art journal on the move and personalize pages you’ll want to come back to. You'll choose your papers, design your cover and spine, and decide to include envelopes or pockets, windows between pages, blanks and boxes to fill in etc. This will be your own summer haven!

Back by popular demand! Come design and hand stamp your own bracelets with artist Anne Carpenter. Each participant will make two bracelets — perfect for end-of-the-year gifts, keepsakes, graduation, birthdays, or just for yourself!

Come and let Laguna Fine artist, Sima Benson, teach you how to paint the sea. She will walk you through step by step working inside the studio and you will leave with a 16 x 20 finished piece to treasure forever. A list of supplies will be emailed to you after registration. Bring a lunch to eat during your session….snacks will be provided.
